Okay, so picture of male Tachingi in color finally
This one is ordinary Tachingi with random and average colors. They are usually two at last three colored, always in one color scheme. This one is rather extreme with dark green and so bright yellow Females are usually warm colored, and males mostly cold colored, but this is no general rule
Some more info about them:
Species: Tachingi Dragons, called 'Dragons in Masks' because of feathers around their eyes Diet: Herbivorous - long horse-like muzzles but short 'mouth' Habitat: Tropical Forest Color character: Very colorful but each dragon is monochromatic. For example blue with green parts or orange with red parts. Never blue with red etc. Behaviour: Calm and timid. Peaceful. Never fight, they are too delicate and weak to fight. Leaves in large groups, always in roam. They live in harmony with nature. Have language, quite intelligent specie, but not very technical advanced. Sex differences: Females are smaller and more delicate. Males have very strong, segmented horns, while females have smooth ones. Also, females have smaller feathers 'mane' and diferent shape of the 'mask'. Also, females' dark hard nubs are more shiny. General body built: slim and streamlined. Feathery wings. Males are around horse size. Families: They mate in pairs once for all life. Parents look for their children. They are oviparous (egg-born). These dark shiny 'gems' are remains of sharp horns necessary to go out from the egg.
